You can already spin image and video sizes with spintax or vars as attributes in src tags. As far as locations of items, Mpc allows use of multiple Source files. You can make Source files with different layouts and articles. Then "Group" them so Mpc will cycle through them as it builds pages.

You can also assign different Source files for use with each keyword or whatever by using Source formulas. And, you can use both methods at the same time.
