Some misconfigured servers block color hilighting in the Source Editor.

Because of the above item, you no longer need to add [nospin] markers when adding Silo Index Tables.
Silo Index Table dialog now opens with current tables settings.
Fixed: Added a null "Itemprop image" in Yelp schema to satisfy Google test.
Fixed: Repointed Yelp "Get Api Key" link. Yelp moved their pages around.

Moved [Legacy|Advanced] toggle from 'Project' utility to Mpc 'Settings' dialog. It was confusing.
In the 'Remove Mpc' utility, [Leave Assets] now leaves Runtime support for Vpages, Widgets, and Shortcodes.

Embedding Mpc in Wordpress dashboard was disabling Silo Index checkbox.
